The staff were proactive in addressing my needs. However, the wifi connection was pretty disappointing, especially when I wanted to stream live events. In terms of maintenance, my room could have used a thorough cleaning. I noticed some stains on the furniture, and a bin would have been helpful for trash. Overall, I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and convenience of being next to a shopping center, but some improvements are definitely needed in cleanliness and wifi reliability.

This was just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Merida with exceptional value. The workspace behind the sink was a great size for getting some last-minute work done. Bring your own snacks, as the options on-site are limited.
