I really enjoyed the unique music-themed decor throughout the hotel. It added a fun vibe to my stay. The breakfast options were surprisingly diverse and packed with flavor, much better than typical options. My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, made it easy to relax and rest well. The staff were proactive in addressing my needs. They even offered to let me use data from their phones when I experienced issues with the wifi. The wifi connection was pretty disappointing, especially when I wanted to stream live events. In terms of maintenance, my room could have used a thorough cleaning. I noticed some stains on the furniture, and a bin would have been helpful for trash. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and convenience of being next to a shopping center, but some improvements are definitely needed in cleanliness and wifi reliability.

Location: the hotel was just off the mall that was a plus and Mexico. And it was relatively near La Isla, ate there couple of times. The a double room room included climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel television, we were happy about that: )

Hotel maintenance really needs improvement!!! Loose toilet seat and worn towels are unacceptable!!! A bin in the room would be useful!!! Stains on furniture detract from overall cleanliness!!!

A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Had great and super location in the middle of jackson, extremely close to Cinemex.

The music-themed decor really stood out to me. Plus, the breakfast options were surprisingly good. The super nice team and even provided extra pillows when I asked for them. Very convenient being next to a shopping mall 😊

The breakfast was very nice! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit poor for working on the computer 😕 pretty solid for a short stay!

The strong theme of the room brought a unique flair, although the bathroom's pink color could be off-putting for some. Access to a major shopping center is a big plus, and having OXXO and ATMs downstairs is very convenient. The wifi connection was quite poor was nice. Staff were proactive in addressing concerns, even offering personal data for use without charge, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction.

This was just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Merida with really good value. The workspace behind the sink was a great size for getting some last-minute work done. Bring your own snacks, as the options on-site are limited.
